Timeless wool fisherman's cap by Totes. I believe this is an 80s rendition, with a navy blue base and black lacing around the brim and base. While the brim is firm, the rest of the hat is soft, similar to a beret. This hat can be worn to bring a creative edge to almost any outfit! In good vintage condition with some pilling overall.
