Purchasing Vintage Items

Please read product descriptions carefully and view all photos. We describe and photograph all condition issues that we are aware of. We do our best to research and give the most accurate information regarding the item, but no one is perfect! Please do your own research if you are unsure about an item. 

If you have questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing. Unless stated otherwise, all vintage items are pre-owned, one in stock, and are sold as-is with no warranty. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are aware of the condition of the item(s) as outlined in product description(s).

If for any reason you have an issue regarding your purchase, please contact us at maplecanyonvintage@gmail.com within 14 days so that we can make things right. We do not currently accept returns but will review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis, and you may be eligible for an exchange. 

Damages and issues
Returns and exchanges will not be processed for any flaws that are documented in the product listing. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
